The Fine Print: There is no fee to join the Cellardoor Wine Society™. Every month, members will receive a form in the mail describing the current selection. If you want to receive the Selection of the Month,do nothing. We will ship directly to you via UPS with all wine costs, shipping, and applicable taxes being billed to your credit card. If you do not wish to receive it, or would like to receive one of our Alternate Selections, return the form byt the date specified. You will always have at least 10 days to decide. Your subscription to the Cellardoor Wine Society™ will automatically be renewed each year, however the CWS reserves the right to cancel your subscription if you make no purchases for 12 months. You may cancel your subscription in writing at anytime. You agree to keep the CWS informed of changes in mailing and shipping addresses and correct and current payment information. The CWS, Rivendell Winery and Vintage New York will not be responsible for charges due to mis-directed shipments. State and Federal laws prohibit The CWS from the sale and distribution of alcoholic beverages outside of the state in which it operates. We are thus confined to the sale and distribution only within New York State. We reserves the right to make changes to the rules of the CWS at any time, including the institution of fees, by written notification to the members.
